April recognized a need throughout the service region in relation to substance abuse support services and supervised visits and established Safe Harbor in 2013.  Strowbridge holds a master’s degree in human services from Liberty University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Shenandoah University.  She and her leadership team possess more than 40 years of service in the mental health field as well extensive community involvement.  For further information, contact Safe Harbor at (540) 247-2728.
